The 6529 Network Museum accessioned Vera Molnár and Martin Grasser’s Themes and Variations #210 on 23 August 2026 as accession 6529NM.2026.003. The object is one unique output in a fixed edition of 500.

The proposal records punk6529’s offer of token 210 as a full gift. It includes no statement about the donor’s choice of this particular output. #210 brings Molnár’s late investigation of rules, letters, and variation into a browser-rendered generative work. Its six-by-six field turns N, F, and T into forms that can remain legible or become blocks, bars, edges, and texture. Martin Grasser’s collaboration is part of the work’s authorship: the project translates Molnár’s drawn studies into a programmable system whose outputs vary across the edition.

The accession gives the public one exact work through which to encounter that history. Visitors can compare the dated PNG with the live browser renderer. Researchers can follow the token, the project script, the edition record, and the Museum’s technical and preservation evidence. The gift joins the artwork to the records needed to study how a generative work is made, identified, displayed, and preserved.
